Orders are accepted for refund or exchange, except pre-loved items, promotional code/sale/clearance items. All promotional code/flash/clearance sale items are final sale.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be in new, unused, and salable condition with all tags attached. Deodorant stains are not tolerated.
You must submit a returns request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with our return mailing address, and confirm whether an exchange or refund is required. Please include your order number when e-mailing. Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm MST. We endeavor to respond within 24 hours (weekdays).
Return shipping to be paid by customer. Incorrectly/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling. Any store credit issued will expire 30 days from issue date. If a refund has been approved, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your statement.
Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.

2) Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging.
3) Returns will be refunded for 100% of the purchase price ( shipping is not refunded ) within 7-14 working days.
4) A $30 shipping fee will be charged on returned items for orders that were sent with free shipping.
5) Any jewelry that has been modified in any way cannot be refunded or exchanged.
6) Resized rings cannot be refunded.
8) Shipping fee is non-refundable.
